I could definitely see some uses for the Ghost Delay. The messy/imperfect times would sound really cool when you want to fill out some space. You could probably get a reverb sound with all of the lines set at minimum or near min, high repeats, and a lower mix. That would be cool.

Plus it would be an easy way to get stacked delay sounds without trying to use a parallel chain and mixer.

To be honest, after hearing those clips I was all the way into paypal and about to confirm purchase  but I backed out. :idk: I wanted to really like it from back when the pics were first released, and nobody had any idea how it might operate. now i'm sort of let down? does anybody know what the aux is for?...or 4

Well, you already have a Red Witch Titan, right? In that case it might be kind of redundant.

I wish they'd put up a manual or something. The demos are cool enough to make me want one but i wish they would explain the aux, blend knob, and delay time range for each delay. That is pretty essential info.

But not they're style... Aux would probably be another input after the input so you can play along to a drum machine or something, maybe the blend is 1 delay 2 delay 3 delay and then all plus Aux???

Yeah, titan already covers those bases. But i do like the tone of the dba. yeah, if i read the manual i probably would have bought it.

I was hoping aux was for expression pedal or Y cable f/x loop. and 4? maybe turns on/off f/x loop. i found it odd that none of the demo's used dirt. maybe it can handle dirt in an f/x loop but otherwise would lose all definition.

per DBA

"It's a stereo output, giving you just the Effect from Delay 1 & 2. It doesn't have clean output, just the stereo field of delays."

I do love that Dba makes you work in a realm of slight restrictions to some. Kinda like zvex stuff.

Anyone pull the trigger?

Yeah I saw that. Like it but the extreme delay makes it hard for me to tell what's happening. Really sounds sweet though.

I jut got an Echo dream 2, but I'm stilling gas'n for this thin really hard. It seems like it has a lot of creative potential as either an ambient washy thing, rhythmic U2 shit or just evil oscillating noise stuff.

Someone around here offered a swap for the ghost delay for the echo dream 2, but I had just gotten it and wasn't sure yet.
