Digital Recording Gear?

Post by jakehooker »

OK, my best recorder ever was a Tascam Portastudio that used cassette tapes. That is why I'm going back to them for a dedicated recording console. The plan was a DP004, but all of a sudden, they birthed the DP008!

Please, drop science here. I want to make an educated decision without really thinking.

Need more fuzz!

But you were obviously stoked on it! Anyone's nostalgia or enthusiasm boosts my buying confidence!

Awesome I have to dig that out again and buy a new mic my other one got wrecked when my band and two friends bands decided to play in a friends 15 by 15 living room when his family was moving over the summer. two punk bands and a hardcore/punk band in the vein of bands like cursed and converge with no a/c and the cops not getting called always equals fun. After i can get that together im gunna try and get some stuff together i dont even remember how it sounds it was so long ago that i used it and i dont even think i knew how to properly but i was stoked to be recording my shitty playing myself :joy:
