Has anyone else had problems with Norton Cable?

I was redoing my pedalboard way back in August and wanted to buy some silent plug guitar cables. I find Norton Cable and buy some cables on the website. Well, it's 6 MONTHS later and I have not even gotten them. I haven't even received a shipment email. I've emailed them several times with no response. Has anyone else had issues with this company? Thanks

No experience with them, but that's a real bummer. I was in a similar situation once and no emails were received until I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau -- then it got fixed real quick!

Well, got in touch with them and it's all fixed! They were super nice about it and it shall be shipping in the next couple of days!
