Just ordered a Caroline Kilobyte in a snazzy white finish. I'm pretty pumped to try it out, plus they are local-ish, which I am always a fan of.

NOW SOMEONE NEEDS TO BUY MY ALTER EGO.

I've also got an extreme case of gas for the Subdecay Spring Theory. The clips sound soooooo fucking good, especially in the room mode.

So what's new Doom Room? Once again I've missed an insurmountable amount of pages and don't know what's going on. Did conky sell his Marshall and buy an Orange?!?!

making progress on Dr. Fuckenstien's alumathing monster.

Neck is now round and not square. Have a lead on a machinist dude who's into guitar repair, hoping I can get some help with the trem routes.

You missed little. We waited with baited breath until you came back.

I did. I miss that purple bastard, but the Orange fits better with what we are doing now.

What bike do you have? Did you post it before? I think I remember seeing someone on here with a bike.

Good old Eire is treating me OK. I have some issues with money and health due to the silly government that is holding me back from living safely, but I was able to replace my old PC with a shiny new one I built last week. It's pretty stellar and I'm very chuffed with myself for getting it to work all on my lonesome.

That's a shame. It would have been awesome to keep that as well. Is that the only amp you're running at the moment? You sold the Soldano didn't you?

Snowboard, not a bike. It's winter.

New computers are important. Glad to hear you're not dying any faster than expected. Much better news than the contrary.

Asheville is beautiful. Such a rad mountain city. Wicked Weed is awesome. Super cool bar. Feels like home for me because the downstairs is the same vibe as the bar I work at pretty much. I could see myself living in Asheville some day.

3 layers of acoustic tile(instead of sheetrock)
1 layer of 1-1/4"styrofoam
compressed r13(walls)
roxull safensound(ceiling)
i also removed all the nails connecting the walls to the house
most of them are just sealed with caulk in place
a shitload of it but its holding
i tried to get around the 1000s of dollars for pro studio materials
(resiliant channel,green glue,etc)
i found this construction adhesive thats suppose to be good forsound absorbsion
its actually intended for subfloors
i used a ton of that
and when it all dried up i remove as many screws as i feel comfortable
so to answer your question
FUCK YEAH
and im still workin on it
that door has 2 layers of acc. tile glued to it as well

The way I understand it, Asheville is kinda similar to Burlington, VT in culture and vibe, so I'm very excited to visit.

I can't confirm or deny that due to not knowing what it is like there, but Asheville is very much worth a trip for. So much to do and see.
