DBA Supersonic fuzz gun vs zvex fat fuzz factory

I have a ss fuzz gun and I am interested in picking up a fat fuzz factory. Either that or I might go for something different like a scarab deluxe. Are the ff and the ss gun too similar to have on the same board or is there a reason to own both?

Yes there is but it's which fuzz is next that is the question. Thinking if going for the scarab deluxe if the fuzz factory isn't right.

I've owned the supersonic fuzz gun and the vextor series fuzz factory, in comparing the way I remember those two sounding there's a bit of overlap. Mostly in that the nature of the Fuzzes. Both were scrambly and treble-heavy. If it were me, unless I needed that specific sound, I wouldn't buy both.

However, I can't really speak to how it would compare with the fat fuzz factory...
