Only way I know of is to call MF or the big retailers and ask.

The sales can typically be applied to excluded stuff if they have any wiggle room, they just can't advertise it.

Not sure if anyone is going to discount or go deep on a new item like that though, assuming it's even in stock.

Amazon has the Ditto x2 at $170... but out of stock, probably just waiting for delivery from the mainland. Could just be their standard discount price.
