Pharaoh fuzz mystery

Hey folks. I just got a used Pharaoh fuzz and I noticed this inside:


I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on the mod. My doombros in the doom room are pretty sure this exact pedal might have been owned by an ILF member, but they can't remember who.

Anyone recognize this pedal? Anyone know what the mod is?

Mark was offering the Germ option as a mod on early versions, if I remember correctly.

Gonna take a wild guess and say Triangle Spec means that its...to triangle muff specifications.

Seems to me like the best way to get the definitive answer would be to email Mark.

Yeah, I'd just email. Like mentioned before, early Pharoahs only had silicon and no diode options but germ was offered as a mod later on. I've never heard of a Pharoah made to triangle spec but who knows. Seems plausible.

I talked to Mark and he mentioned swapping some caps but wasn't 100%. He said to email and he'll get to the bottom of it, probly just needs a gut shot sent over.

hey, I remember some different version Pharaohs from the BST that were said to be tweaked by Mark for tighter response i think? Might be one of those?
