the majority of that tribute album is really good, aside from what the originals are like. i'm pretty sure that's the only dishwalla i've ever heard aside from that one "breakthrough" radio hit they had, whatever the hell that was, can't remember...

Same here. That song was "Counting Blue Cars". When I got the Depeche tribute, I quickly scanned to see who did Policy of Truth because it's my favorite Depeche song, and was avery disappointed to see that it was that lame alternative one-hit-wonder chick band. Then I listened to it and it was really good. So you never know.
