Eventide has a page up now: http://ftp.eventide.com/ljdl/www/H9Core ... dium=emailGone Fission wrote:I saw an ad in a current mag for the "H9 Core" which is supposed to just be loaded with the harmonizer algorithms and sell a bit cheaper. No details on price or that I can find on the web yet, but might end up working out as a second H9 if you can share algorithms from your first.
"20% less" that they state means $400 on my abacus, or $320 if you wait for a 20% off breaux sale from one online vendor we aren't fond of around here.
Also, no web link, but their newsletter is promising two free algorithm vouchers per registered 'factor or Space pedal.
Getting interesting. One wonders if the vouchers will be transferable or go poof when the older pedals are flipped and reregistered.

Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo what the fuck is the difference between this and the H9? I read everything, and still don't understand.

Re: Eventide
only difference i caught is you can only share 5 algo's between them? and it looks like what's loaded on the Core doesn't go to an H9?
i..... think?

Re: Eventide
i read that Core comes loaded like a PitchFactor, but instead of sharing everything across H9;s, it can only take 5 algos more

Re: Eventide
So what about the software update coming??? Anyone see that. Does it mean you'll be able to stack effects?? It looked like it, but I was unclear on that as well. Eventide confuses the shit out of me.

Re: Eventide
hhhhhhmmmmmm
IDK…20% less for 20% of the H9 doesn't seem like a good deal to me.
So not even a PitchFactor but the Harmonizers H910 and H949…so less...

No shit. Fuck that. Prymaxe already gives you a discount for that shit anyway.

Re: Eventide
I say fuck the H9! Its better to have a Space and Pitchfactor. Then again, I don't do the set and forget thing. All of my shit stays on a desk for easy tweaking. The Mod/Timefactor pedals do not interest me. I'm heavily gravitating towards the Line 6 M9.
