It's a Fender Swinger. Cool old guitar from '69.

The Fender Swinger! The guy in parenthetical girls uses one too. pretty rare and don't sound that amazing but they look totes awesome

Fender made the swinger to use up leftover wood scraps I believe. Always thought the were really cool.
