Years ago when I was playing tech death, I posted there all of the time. As I got older and started playing slower, I increasingly felt like an old man shaking his cane. "Slow down! Why are you playing so many goddamn notes? TRY PLAYING THE RIGHT ONES INSTEAD OF ALL OF THEM!"
Yeah, my designated role there is basically superstrat-hating curmudgeon. I *have* gotten some good music recommendations from posters there - I think that's where I found out about Samothrace and Eagle Twin - but the djent, prog, and tech-death stuff mostly just bores me.

Don't knock BC Riches though...

Take the SHITE emg's out and the guitars can be quite nice. If you can get past the looks.

I listened this morning but didn't have time to post. It's good shit. Very enjoyable. Stoked for the other release.
Thanks guys. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

That SG build is fucking sexy. I love the finish. And Skip, I'm with you on white guitars only if they have black hardware. But then again, my opinion on it might be invalid since I actually dig PRS guitars. I hate the flamed tops and all that other fancy blues lawyer crap that goes with them, but they actually play really nice.

Me and my boss (who is into tech death, grindcore, etc) were having this convo yesterday. He then preceded to ask me "How do you guys enjoy Doom?!?! Its so slow! and easy to play!"...... :wha?: this was immediately after we had a long convo about how its much harder to play slow and keep tempo than to play fast and keep tempo....

Dat scale length. What's the deal with Jericho? I've never heard of them. Are they made in US? The price seems very reasonable for what looks to be quite a beastly guitar...
I know right!!!! I dunno that was the first I had heard of them, and agreed on the reasonably priced beastly!

Post Office won't cover it because tracking says "delivered" :(

So, if anyone has an old wah laying around they'd want to sell me for cheap or donate, it would be greatly appreciated!
Thats some bullllll shit!

So have you decided if your keeping it or selling it?

Dude, some of the best playing guitars I've ever played were the mid to late 90's PRS Custom 22's with bolt on neck and solid finishes. Back when they were still built with pride, they played like butter and sounded really really good stock.

We drive past the PRS custom shop / factory when we drive to the family beach house, its only about 90 minutes away from me. :animal:

You need to continue to harass them about that. Considering they didn't put it in a secure area they are still responsible and they will not be able to prove that the mailman did his job properly. Your lack of package is proof enough they need to replace it. Don't give up.

I think it's harder to fill space playing slow then it is to play fast.
