Why has this season been so mediocre?

I blame it on them focusing on their new show. Last season was great.

I just started watching this show. I watched seasons 1-4 during the weekend, but I haven't started on season 5 yet.

The episode when Mac and Charlie are mail clerks is the best episode of the series. "Pepe Silvia, Pepe Silvia!"
