If I had an open back cab I'd be all over that fdm technology. Great idea on paper, interested to hear how they work out.

well...after bout a week of use...this thing is LEGIT!
regardless of the attenuation, this speaker sounds great.

ive currently got it in a 1x12 open back (its an old laney hardcore combo which ive taken out hte amp part and converted to a cab)
and running that with my jet city jca20H or a transtube peavey studio112

ill try get a demo up with my B&K sound level meter...curious to know how close it is to the specs on paper RE attenuation
will be able to plot the graphs too...the perks of being a noise analyst!

i also been using a THD hotplate with my Framus Ruby for a while, just to shave off -4 to -8db and push the clean channel to its sweet spot.

at the end of the day IMO attenuators used sparingly are a great tool however if youre expecting to dime your amp and squash it down to whisper quiet...prepare to be dissapointed.
take this demo comparison for what it is...a demo through the medium of youtube.
