Just got a The Syle Singularity Overdrive.

Crazy overdrive. Lots of eq possibilities. Gating and feedback loop + boost. Gets really fuzzy and gravelly as the gain goes up. Sounds great. Good on both guitar and bass.

Robot Devil? from Aen's teaser vid I'd say that's probably the most hardcore pedal I've ever heard.

Red Panda Bitcrusher module for the Line 6 ToneCore pedal dock. It distorts through digital signal crushing, and adds LFO & envelople controls for crazy ring-mod / synthy weirdness... not to mention the three switchable wave forms and other crazy stuff... you can make it self-oscillate if you get the stereo pedal dock, you can make the LFO track up or down or lock into one part of the ring freq.

If you're interested in the Geiger Counter but don't have the cash, this could be a great place to start - you can get really inventive intentionally digital oddness, but for a fraction of the price.

Also, the developers are ILF "locals." Here's the preview thread:

EDIT: also, the great thing about the Red Panda is that it can do subtle as well as crazy... if you set the bitcrush low, and play with the speed and LFO wave, you can get a cleanish tone with cool little digital blips echoing after, kinda like a really weird square-wave modulated delay. I'm still experimenting and finding new sounds with this pedal every time I plug it in.
I'm more like a mids-ist than a bassist.
