Ditto, I LOVE the FDR-1. It really does sound EXACTLY like a frickin Deluxe Reverb. I haven't tried the FBM-1, but I have to assume Boss got that one spot on, too.

If you ran this guy into an EH 22 Caliber, do you think you'd have a super-portable, gig ready set up? I've been trying to imagine different applications for the 22 caliber, just to gas myself up.

How's the drive on your FBM and those FDR's? Considering that the Bassman sounds so good when being pushed hard, can a pedal truly replicate that?

I'm playing bass, but here's a couple clips I made with the FDR-1 (and a DD-20 on the second one) just to give you an idea of the sound it can put out. These are me playing "Ramble On" and "One of These Days".

For both clips, Gain is around 1:00 for a good crunch, Bass is at 3:00 and treble at 1:00. Reverb is at 2:00. For the middle section of One of These Days, I crank the vibrato up to max.

BTW - sorry about the hijack, I don't have any experience with the FBM-1.
