I never thought I would find a fuzz I like better than the Big Muff, but alas, I was wrong. I've been a Big Muff devotee since I first picked up the guitar. I just played the two pedals side by side, and damnit, I love my Arc Flash. It does everything the Muff does, but it does it better. And then it does MORE. It's the most versitile pedal I've ever played. I've used it all across the spectrum: clean boost, driving my amp, pushing my Singing Tree into more overdrive, distortion, fuzz, splattery leads, realm-destroying chaos, and everything in between.
I highly recommend it to anyone who may be on the fence about purchasing one- do it. You won't regret it for a moment. It's become my go-to pedal.
Tom rigged up a bypassable tone control for me, which is plain awesome. It helps organize some of the stray frequencies that appear when I crank the gain control. Or, I can bypass it with the flick of a switch and have the original Arc Flash. With the tone control, the Arc Flash can pull double-duty on bass like it's nobody's business. I love it in both settings. Again, this attests to its versatility. Tom, you're the man, and you make some rediculously badass pedals. Your customer service is the best I've ever encountered in any field of business. Keep up the awesome work!
Just wanted to spread a little love on ILF
