I don't really like Grolsch but I occasioanlly buy those very nice German weissbeers that have the same ones, but purple.
I have one strap for my guitar, and one strap for my bass, and they are locked on.... and I make sure I have extras in the unlikely event that I loose one.... it'll never happen....

I tried the Grolsch ones for a bit but I found they pulled the screw out of the strap button (somehow). I just duct tape these days, never fails.
