Fender started selling their own Grolsch style washers in red or black. For best price-per, though, order bulk washers from local or online brewing supply and treat your bandmates and friends to the ones you don't need.

I put Dunlop locks on my Godin. They look silly but they work. I've also used Dimarzio clip-lock straps and they work and maybe look more normal while holding on very well.

I'm like Behndy, I use Dunlop strap locks on all of my basses. I have two straps I like, and I switch them between basses.

I used to use Dimarzio Cliplocks back in my younger days (or even younger days). They were sturdy, but now I want fuck all to do with them. Uncomfortable and ugly things.

i use strap locks and i love them. i switch my strap to different instruments. i have to remove the strap to fit my main guitar in the stupid tight case i have for it. i have my reasons. so i blew $15. whatever.

I'm with behndy on this one. I've had straplocks on my guitar for years and they haven't failed me once.

I just use those red grolsch sealers...but I have a different strap on each guitar/bass
