Since I couldn't find an adequate version on youtube, I did a demo of the Fuck Overdrive's crackle modes. I go through a range of drive and threshold levels.

finally got a chance to listen to this - really cool! especially the gain up/light crackle stuff near the end, i think because that's the way i envisioned folks using it. heavy crackle mode is pretty tricky to use i think, especially with chords, but full threshold single note low stuff sounds weird buzzy cool.
