fuck man that sounds good…not just the recording but the song itself.

i really dig your song writing style.

They already knew I was gay, but some of them still had to get fucking used to it real quick! It was the most liberating experience of my life. I really found out who my friends were after that bullshit.
It's great that you were able to do that. And you're right, although I've never had to do it personally, I can see why it was so liberating and important for you, and for anyone. I have had to keep secrets from loved ones, and lied to them for years. And frankly, it was these lies that was so soul-destroying. That's what really brings you down more so than the actual act that you're hiding. I'm glad that you were able to find out who truly cared unconditionally.

But in fairness to those that didn't want to accept it, I don't really blame them personally, not all the time. Some of them probably had these regressive thoughts deeply ingrained in them from a very early age. Their fathers and mothers brutally forced it into them and that's hard to disregard. I'm pro-choice and believe in allowing people to live the life they want to live. As the saying goes, as long as you're not hurting anyone, have at it.

:)
I'll have to agree to disagree with you then. My boyfriend had an extremely rough childhood. He turned out to be the total opposite of what one would expect from those circumstances. However, I must say that he's not perfect ;)
:bear:
Yeah, people can be the polar opposite of what they grew up with. They use their childhood as a shining beacon of what NOT to be. It's just that I try to consider everybody: criminals, bigots, doesn't matter. I think everyone has a reason for why they are who they are, and I reckon many of them can be changed with the right attention. But that's just me. I'm a 'give that kid a hug because he needs one' kinda guy, whether he deserves one or not. But I totally understand why others feel differently, and I respect that—though I must admit that those wishing violence upon a violent person doesn't make me feel safe in society, but I do sympathise. Of course, I'm not trying to make excuses for people, and I don't want to disregard the suffering of those of us that have gone through terrible things, but I believe everyone deserves a second chance and I believe almost everyone can be changed with the right impetus. Some are indeed too fucked up, though. They're disturbed in ways modern medical science just cannot understand, and for that we have prisons and life sentences. You just hope they don't do irreparable damage to others.

Me too. I love making them feel uncomfortable. One coworker asked me the other day what I wanted for Christmas and I wish I had a picture of his face when I casually said "Eight dicks in my face". I bet his asshole clenched shut when he heard that. He walked off making some lame homophobic comment so later I ran his ipad down the crack of my ass when he went to the bathroom.

@AngryGoldfish- I love the way you think. This includes posts that are not related to the current topic. I'm just a hothead that's all bark and no bite. When it comes to someone wanting fight me physically, I'm one giant ass pussy. I will totally evade the situation. I laughed out loud at D.O.S.'s and Conky's posts.

Ok, this is starting to sour the ironically joyful doomroom. Back to positiveness on Doom/Drone related tings

Yeah! I have a real problem with people that do nothing but cause trouble. Rape, steal, and murder, seriously!!!!!!!!!! I'm supposed to be sympathetic towards criminals?! I don't care what your situation is, there's always a way out. I hate it when people say, "I had no choice!" You make a choice every single time you decide to act on something, fuck you!!!!!!!!!(not you pelliott!)
So who exactly are these hypothetical hoodrats? Are these characters you made up that lack any nuance and complexity that goes along with the human condition? Do they have to be raping, stealing and murdering up to some sort of hood-quota or is this a one time deal where you walk off with a pencil form work and then some entity representing judge, jury and executioner takes you out before you leave the parking lot as to make an example for the others or does it have to be a a completion of all three? Can you spread them out or is there a clearly set timeframe that all 3 need to be completed in for them to count. I think people should be made aware of the new rules before you start acting out some insecure revenge fantasy. We've all got emotional holes to fill...are you just trying to fill yours by placing them onto other people, perhaps analogs for those that hurt you at some point?
“I'm not an abstractionist. I'm not interested in the relationship of color or form or anything else. I'm interested only in expressing basic human emotions: tragedy, ecstasy, doom, and so on.”
