Could be the thing with different rigs, folks & different taste. But I gotta say this pedal has it's own characters which is really great since almost every other pedals on the market just recycling almost the same shit over and over again with a tiny bit of differences featured & fancier looks. These minifoogers.. the price tags, plus 15% off and moog's quality and aesthetic.. it was a no brainer to me. At least go and try it out for once.
Okay, here's a second recap on the pedal. I found out that the MF Drive begs to be played in a moderate to loud level (a bit farty at a shy and really low apartment volume.. but then again it could be my amp, ampeg gvt15), and really shines in a band situation. I was surprised that I could nail the full fuzzy early smashing pumpkins full strumming kind of sounds out of this pedal when nearly cranked. It's definitely a fuzzy distortion kind. There's something special about the combination of those tone & filter knobs that could cover amazing range of cutting through frequencies. It's not merely like a cocked wah in an od pedal, it's more.

What I'd really like to try/ hear is the MF Drive with a synth. I use a Moog Opus 3, it's got the filers but I want
to fuck with em more and add filter to the filter....Anybody done that yet?

Yeah, I'll definitely wait to pass (GAS) judgement on the Drive until I've played it.
I stack filters with filters all the time with guitar. A truly great sound. I'd imagine it sounds just as awesome with synth.

Just curious: which Filters do you use to Stack in which partikular Order?

Ouch, that's a tough question, univalve. Since I don't have a pedal board, the order and pedals change all the time.
Here's a short list:
Stone Deaf PDF-1 (usually placed towards the end of the chain)
Wah (usually somewhere in the middle of the chain)
Basic Audio Peak Freq (I think it sounds good either before or after dirt)
Yamaha Parametric EQ (same)
Glass Hero Fuzz Stack (Micah told me to try it before a wah, but I haven't really found where in the chain I prefer it yet)
LAL Cyber Psychic Filter
(Not sure the Fairfield Four Eyes counts, but if it does, it'd go towards the beginning)
I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting. Those were just off the top of my head.

Finally got to play my MF Drive with the band last night. Drummer said it was the best "stoner rock" sound I've ever had (occasionally stacking with a Pharaoh). Sounds so good.
