So I got a feedback looper/bypass looper from Saturnworks. Thing makes my Fulltone OCD go nuts and I love it. However, when I hook up my 70's solid state reverb tank anywhere in the chain it makes the OCD go from PSHHHSHHHCKKKKKWWWOOOOHHHHHHHHSADFKJWHRETSAIG to just straight feedback and nothing special. Is this because it's a whole unit and not a pedal? If maybe I had a reverb pedal that the signal was passing through (instead of a unit), would the OCD react the same? Would the feedback looper be tamed by the reverb unit even if I had a WMD Geiger Counter?! Haha, I am just confused why the tank is reigning it in so much. Any information on feedback looper sensitivity and pickyness is welcome.
Thanks.

Reverb usually acts weird in loops unless you keep the mix low on the reverb itself. I've tried several reverbs in loops and haven't really had any that sounded that great in a feedback loop

Damn! I love reverb though T-T. I put it out of the loop and it still messed with the noise coming from the loop even when it wasn't in it. If the reverb was built into the amp would it still act the same?skullservant wrote:Reverb usually acts weird in loops unless you keep the mix low on the reverb itself. Reverb on your amp would be after the FB loop so no worries... FB loops like modulation, delay and fuzz... You have to mess around with pedals and see what works best, not all pedals are going to react nicely and some not at all...
