ha i wonder about the spray paint scenario, i work in the automotive biz, could have our paint guys redo it, hadn't thought of that, duh...
the stained wood scenario sounds awesome too if it's good wood (TWSS). anyone have an old fender they've done that to? it's an 83.

That's a rehouse doe. I've seen enough sovtek and Marshall heads just stripped and stained and they looked great. Some silver face twins as well. Even seen a peavey mace stained. Always sexy.
