I see the montreal and the ghost echo, as well as a whetstone, foxrox octron, zvex box of rock, and one of those big maxon delays. I also see what might be an el capistan with preset switch, Kill kill filter and one of those tiny malekkos.

I found these pictures of the Godspeed board that are a bit brighter, its easier to tell what pedals they are.

Every time I think I'm over my aluminum guitar thing I see the Bigsby on that Kramer and it starts all over.
