The audio got buggered cause the screen saver on my comp came on, DERP, and jumbled the audio track I was recording so I had to delete some footage but eh it gets the point across..... It's just straight tracks (no eq, comp, etc), an I5 on the 4x12 and my homemade subkick on the 2x15 both panned center. Listen through speakers or headphones with good bass response for the best audio representation.
Sounds good my friend! Really makes me wish I never sold my Rat.
fallen wrote:SG talk... I cured my Gibson craving with an Epi Explorer and a '91 SG Special. I added a small pickguard on the SG to cover a big dent the previous owner left in the face of the body. Also covered one of the control holes and made it into a 2 knob layout instead of 3.

The pickguard has screw heads glued into the holes and is held on with double sided tape so no extra holes have been added to the body. I replaced the humbuckers with P90s and it's in A standard. The strat copy is one I rewired around the same time with a new pickguard and single humbucker setup.
That SG looks pretty hot. I don't usually like strat shaped guitars but that one is setup exactly like I would want one (except maybe a see through woodgrain finish).

One of my old guitarists has a lawsuit Ibanez that's the spitting image of the Strat on the right.

Ferocious tones inside that beast.

Also, we voted to legalize weed yesterday. Nifty.

But c'mon... this is not how you should be hosting your party, pro weed group:

I was looking to replace my POG2 for organ sounding stuff but the Organizer was terrible and tracked really poorly and just sounds like an out of tune octave mess...nothing at all like the clips I heard. After I sold it I started to think I just got a bum unit. I'd still like to replace the POG but keep the organ tones (running it into a Superego and a Space really takes away the cornyness). Should I get the Organizer another shot? I'm also thinking of adding an Eventide H9 (can any of the pitchfactor algorithms do the organ...I can't seem to find any). I was also thinking that maybe to Organizer doesn't do well with low tunings (B and A) so maybe I didn't have a flawed unit. Thoughts, insights?
It doesn't sound like you got a bum one to me. I love my Organizer because of what you describe. I'll admit that at times I wish it would track like a Boss OC-3, Foxrox Octron or a POG, but its quirks are its draws. It's a vintage organ clone, not a POG clone. As far as low tunings, I didn't notice the Organizer being dramatically affected by it in a negative way. Again, its quirks are what draws me to it. Maybe you just want a Micro POG. I'm waiting for EHX or someone else to come out with a tiny version of the POG. I don't know if it's possible, but it would be awesome. A tiny pedal with perfect tracking. One octave down, two octaves down, and one octave up.

Also, I'm pretty sure the Pitchfactor does everything that you want a pedal to do, but check here first:

Them's nice git boxes.

For anyone who isn't my friend on Facebook (you're suuuuuuuuch a loser if you're not), here is my current board. It'll change soon though. If anyone is interested in a Walrus Audio Iron Horse, Mojo Hand FX Villanova Vibe, or maybe a Mr. Black Eterna (pretty in pink), let me know.

Either your trolling and referring to the fan or your being serious and you are referring to the Snarling Dog Fuzz Wah.

Pinch Harmonics, just going back to those BLS days of my middle school time.

Is that directed at me? If so... that is the longest standing pedal on my pedalboard, second only to the tuner. It's a first generation Fairfield Circuitry Randy's Revenge Ring Modulator (yeah, they have the best names in the biz). It's a ring modulator that can do all the noisy aggressive stuff, the bell-like ringing tones, and some of the best tremolo I've ever heard, though it's difficult to control. It's so incredibly well-designed. I don't use it every day, but it never leaves my board.

If not... you just got schooled on something you did not need schooling on, so I apologise. :p

Srs question. I've heard loads of clips of the Randy on this site. Never seen a picture of one. Or if I have (and I probably have), I must've glossed over it.

I know Sylnau or Univalve or one of those dudes I confuse all the time is in love with the Fairfield stuff. Actually, I think everyone on ILF is.

But seriously, that clip sounds tasty. What's the deal with the one-watter?

Fairfield should be popular everywhere, yo. But not too popular. ;) I'll post some clips eventually of how I use the Randy's Revenge, but Kayzer's demos on YouTube are great.

It was something I built on a whim. A friend gave me a broken combo so I gutted it and built a 1W amp out of it. It has basically an ~OR preamp but it is a Class A amp so there is no phase inverter. An ECC99 triode in self split Class A configuration similar to the FireFly project (google it) a flea amp design (note: flea = low low power). Bass, Treble, Gain, Volume with a bunch of pull pots and switches. Im going to be giving it away to a musician out in the Oregon area.

Just saw a pretty cool review of Wolveserpent, they had this to say about Druden-

"Next up were Druden, the four-piece black-metal project, also from Portland. I abandoned all hope of trying to get a good photo in complete darkness, so I stood back and observed. While the band was tremendously impressive all-around, I was most taken aback by the talent of the drummer, who not only beat the skins fantastically but also sang half of the vocals in all of the songs. That’s hard in any genre, but in black metal it takes on a whole other force."

Seriously. I will never understand why a large strain of pot enthusiasts refuse to realize that tie died shit, weed shirts, and drum circles just makes everyone hate you.
