I should have bought a bigger board. Going to have to start turning pedz sideways.

Dem Mellowtones  I'm glad people are still using their Mellowtones

How is that zoom pedal? I'm curious about it because I think it could potentially be great for a simplified setup with just it and my mini wolf computer deluxe.

The zoom is a godsend. It takes care of all my modulation+reverb+delay+octave+pitch+eq needs AND being able to stack them in any order within the pedal is awesome. It adds no noticeable noise or coloration. All the effects are more than decent. Super tweakable. Its not going anywhere. People harp on them because of the brand or past experiences with shitty multifx. Its 80 useful effects modeled after ehx, boss, mxr, tc, strymon and eventide pedz in one small box for $120. IMHO Its foolish not to atleast try one.

You could get near endless possiblities of sounds with a wolf into a zoom cdr.

Dude mellowtones are the bomb diggity. Now if only I could get my hands on an electric apple...[/quote]

Electric apple would be TITS! It seems like there may only be one of those... and I'm pretty sure mudfuzz has it...

I'm always on the lookout for a miracle rabbit. *sighs* I'll definitely have to try out one of those zoom boxes!

I just love me some envelope madness on my sound lately, and after quite numbers of wah pedals.. I finally found out that MF101 is the one I've been looking for (with expression pedal), and the zipper is pure wobbly madness.. oscillates and drones real good as well. Here's a video I made few weeks ago:

Aawesome. :thumb:

I always thought the Tube Zipper had possibilities...

Also the vibrato sounds surprisingly good.

Sold most of my modulation due to money woes (and lack to use) but finally got around to setting my board up for plenty of flavours of fuzz and distortion that can run to 3 different amps simultaneously.

I've been having such a hard time not picking up one of the new ones along with an RTG. They are like $55 each, so cheap!

Ampeg GVT15 h plus wide cab, Tech 21 Trademark 60 and a boss cube 30.

Because I have 3 amps and I can use the driving notion or clean guitar which I like clean and kill the dry signal and use the repeater in stereo.
Just seems really flexible and a bit of fun.

I really like the hot tubes. I bought a year or so ago quite cheap. Seems they are a bit more expensive now.
Does not have that much definition but has a mysterious furry dirge about it. Plus I like the way it has a direct out bypassing the effect as i have used here, so I can treble up the Driving notion and have low end on the hot tubes.
The tone control is a bit lame though. Better using without.
