click-less bypass trouble

click-less bypass trouble
adding a click-less bypass to an ehx bassballs nano. i'm 99% sure i have all the wires hooked up correctly, but when i hit the switch the effect does not turn on. also, the bypassed signal is running through fine, but the LED is on, does that mean i hooked something up backward?
