Confirmed Starcaster reissue non-tease from Fender

I don't care that it's MIC...cause at $699, it means in a few years I can get a $350 used Starcaster.

I think Fender realized that making it MIA and 3x more expensive wouldn't translate into sales. (Meanwhile, Gibson's probably working on a MIA Robot Eye Marauder in lime green.)

It's a fantastic guitar. I got mine from proguitarshop.com at 20% off. Arrived perfectly set up. It's a joy to play. I will probably change the pickups to Lollars, but some heavier strings on it, and maybe get a B5 and vibramate. But it's fucking tits on its own.
