Guess we both have pretty good taste then.
I am partial to the occasional psychedelic freakout and, although I've never met a fuzz I didn't like, I really like raspy, gated, buzzy old-school fuzz box sounds. Also love stacking fuzz into fuzz:-)

Mostly fuzz. Yellow box is a Jimmy Behan stock Mk1 (switch is for battery on/off). Silver box at the end of the chain is a Jimmy Behan Schaller tremolo clone (switch is slow/fast). Brown wedge to the right is a Jerms FZ-1.
Guitar is a 67 SG Jr, posted here: viewtopic.php?f=188&t=2333&p=706112#p706112

Nice to see you here! We can share our jerms FZ-1 love across the internets

Really nice setup dude. I'm using an SG and VOX too. Go figure

Some really incredible boards over the years in this thread, and ever since I joined I wanted to post. After all these years I think I am finally settled on my board for a very long time :joy: The only other pedals that I would add are a Superego and Ditto looper, but finally I am extremely happy with my setup and I have found my sound :joy: :omg: :!!!: :yay:

Honestly, after having mountains of pedals, I am really happy with a simple setup :joy: I do still have my Metasonix for extra pleasure though  :animal:

The Sakura is absolutely beautiful man. It adds a lot of low end, enhances presence, it has some smooth little dirt to it and the tone is incredible :omg: I honestly wish there were more rare transistors it's made with because it would have been awesome to have another one as backup lol ;) When paired up with another boost, drive, fuzz or any pedal really it's just :!!!: :!!!: :!!!:  I use it with my Neoplex which is another incredible pedal, Japan makes the most beautiful, unique and tone rich pedals I think

I understand the greatness happening on this pedal board, and I respect it wholeheartedly. Somewhere along the way, I've developed a sick, fetish like fantasy of one day licking the beautiful, pink enclosure of a Sakura booster.

That shit is just fucking yummy looking. :animal:

Anybody who calls a board with a PLL on it a "simple setup" clearly knows what they're doin'! :thumb:
