MF101 As dedicated wah
Anyone tried this with expression pedal? How did you like it? I'm looking for a super sweep wah and this seems like a good versatile one plus more.

Yeah, this pretty much replaced any other wah I use on bass. Just turn the amount down and use the exp on the cutoff and it's a pretty killer wah.synthezatory wrote:Anyone tried this with expression pedal? How did you like it? The Freqbox also makes a pretty dope wah-type effect.
Crazy ass tones to be had there.

They're not really any more expensive than most of the boutique wahs, assuming you buy used. Don't buy Moogerfoogers new, it's a sucker deal. The second you buy it, it's value goes down to the 175-200 range, which is what they all go for used. I've owned all of the Moogers except the delay, and didn't pay over 200 for any of them.synthezatory wrote:Yeah, a bit too much money to be used as a wah though.. but I'll prolly gonna do it anyway cos the sweeps & env are dopeness
