I don't really know other people in "real life" that listen to Mars Volta, so it was interesting to read that many people had the same impression I had - De-Loused was fantastic, but it went downhill from there.

I like Mars Volta, and actually (unlike a lot of people) I do enjoy Sparta as well - however I don't think even the both of them combined come close to being as awesome as At The Drive-In was. Relationship of Command is essential listening.
