I'm alright now, but it was horrible. I just wanted it to be over, but I could only keep focused on having the panic attack. It took almost three hours for it to be over with.

While you're in the vortex just try to remember that although you might feel like you're gonna die or lose your shit or have a heart attack, it'll pass. Unfortunately it's really difficult to think positively while yr so rattled, but eventually it'll fade away.
Maybe go for a little walk, chill outside or something.

i got through my last panic attack using the Michael Stipe thing which Thom Yorke wrote about in "How To Disappear Completely": to repeat over and over like a mantra "I AM NOT HERE AND THIS IS NOT HAPPENING." i was so fucked over i couldn't even get out of bed and walk five feet across the room to my Klonopins.

I've never had one before, so I had no idea what to do. I realized after a few minutes of being terrified for absolutely no reason what was going on. I had my girlfriend and my best friend there with me, so they really helped out a lot. I have no idea how I would have gotten through it alone. I was close to just screaming.
