Ladder Filter
Isn't that the same thing with Moog?
I'm not really sure but that was my impression.
i think it is. ladder is just the name of the moog style of filter process, i think. soo @DOS, you may be in luck! (and me toooo, was really hoping the drive would also be a LPF)

It almost seems like the drive should almost be thought of as a filter with the capability of being overdriven, no? That would be awesome

I was surprised that the write-up said it was a bucket brigade circuit (=analog) instead of a PT2399 delay. I'm paying attention now. Even the boost/drive stuff is more interesting than most stuff in those product categories.

You do have a valid point on all three. I'm just trying to curb my GAS by finding something worth complaining about...

Maybe I'm being too pessimistic here because I know Moog pedals sound fucking awesome, but the awesomeness is not quite as awesome without all the awesome features. Otherwise they're just bog-standard good sounding pedals, and there are a ton of those out there already. I think I was hoping for a condensed, but still highly optional, slimline version of the originals, not the bear essentials.

I think this is to appeal to the budget shoppers who want the name...this will sell.

Well, color this budget shopper cautiously optimistic. Sometimes I don't need all the bells and whistles. Sometimes, all I need are 3-4 good sounds. At the price points listed, if the Delay, RingMod, and Drive end up having those 3-4 sounds at the quality Moog is known for, the Mini's will be well worth it.

I want wood sides but I'm not gonna complain one bit. Also effects database showed another picture with the jacks on the back, looks like nice and simple 3 jacks on the back of each. Also seems like these guys are sloped, which rules. I think I'll be most interested in the delay and the drive

Excited to hear the delay.
If it sounds even nearly as good as the full sized one, we're in business.
