Unless I've missed one, every Traynor that's been mentioned in this thread has been out of production for decades.wafl wrote:So are traynors sold in the states? Ive only seen new ones at long and mcquade.

I like Peavey Bandit and Fender FM100. Both is loud enough and has decent mid gain sounds.

Oh and i used to have a Marshall Mosfet Lead 100 head that ruled!
Used it mostly on bass blasting it with two pedals that had metal in the name.
What about that new Orange ss amp? I sounds pretty nice on some namm show clip on yt.

Vox Pathfinder 15r

plenty loud for practice and gigs where your band isnt destroying the place. 15 watts through a decent speaker. reverb is crap, but the trem is great. really nice clean sounds, perfect for pedals, and the overdrive can get downright nasty in a good way.

That is my backup amp. THAT CIRCUIT CHORUS IS GLORIOUS.bigchiefbc wrote:Fuck yeah. I had a Mark VI as my main amp for almost 10 years. It's fucking awesome. Tons of eq options, can do 2 ohms, has an fx loop, has a crossover, and it has a really weird and gnarly break-up when you crank it.futuresailors wrote:PEAVEY CVLT

I want to get at least one more Pathfinder for doing stereo stuff. There's also the multi-tap outputs from the Headrush -- that could be awesome spreading the sound out to a room full of amps.
