Hope things work out for you, man.
I remember this as well.

I bought an Elements from them a few months ago, they knocked off $20 cause I asked and shipped quickly. I talked with them on the phone at their request and they were very casual but helpful and easy to do business with.

Maybe you should contact eBay.
I was also wondering why you were writing this to us and not eBay.

I had a bit of a sketchy experience with them a little while back on ebay. I made an offer on a pedal 20% below ask ($80 offer on a $100 pedal), but I figured their pedals are permanently 15% of anyway. They let the offer expire. Then they messaged me asking if I could do $85, their 15% off price, and I agreed. Note that they messaged me via an item I was selling, not the item I was trying to buy, which I thought was weird but not necessarily a red flag. So i put in an offer at the agreed price. They then COUNTERED with $95. So I recountered with $85, but they let the offer expire. Then I got a message saying if I still wanted the pedal to give them a call, that it could get shipped out that day. I was already a week into the saga so speed wasn't my primary interest. Plus I was a little put off so I declined. They responded saying it was my fault that the process took so long and that $85 was too low for them to sell the pedal considering ebay fees. So it seems to me that they were simply trying to get me to buy outside of ebay to avoid the fees which is a total violation of ebay rules. How about this? Don't agree to a price you feel is too low. Don't string someone along for a week. Be professional. There are plenty of places to get the same gear at the same prices.

That is a little weird how they handled the situation but you can't expect a 15% discount when buying through ebay.
Prymaxe and PGS don't even offer their constant discounts when you buy through ebay.

A lot of companies use ebay as a way to advertise/reach a larger audience but ALL of them would rather sell direct when possible.
