Lol. I'm asking because several friends are releasing their music on tape. So I'm buying copies to show my support, which means I needs to get a tape player. And if I have to buy a tape player, I might as well find more music to play on it.

Gotchya.

I don't ever devoid myself of formats, so it always weirds me out when I see shit come back like that.

But when the 8-Track Renaissance comes, I'll be ready.

Here's the label my friend Dani's album is coming out on:
http://milamrecords.bandcamp.com/

This is his:

It's crazy good. For fans of: Deathspell Omega, Blut Aus Nord, Ihsahn, Shining, John Zorn, and some spacey electronic stuff I can't think of right now.

Welp, Graveface always put out their stuff on tape. Not sure that's the kind of thing you're looking for though.

I used to put out stuff pretty heavily on tape with Void Seance but it just got to be so expensive and time consuming when I only had a 1:1 recorder. Was a lot of fun designing for cassettes though.

I know HydraHead has put out a scattering of their releases on tape throughout the years
