Get two fence hinges and remove the nails holding one of the long side panels on. Bam, instant board. You can add two more hinges if you wanna keep the panel as a closable shelf, or just ditch it entirely. Cut holes in the sides for cables and yr good to go.
You don't even need the fence hinges if the original ones will close well enough (mine didn't).

Yeah I love my DIY boards

I will get some pics up later tonight, doing some modifications now, most of mine are old building materials from remodeling our house

Here's an old pic where you can actually see some of the board itself.

I'll post mine after I've unpacked it. I have plans to make a better one with a built-in hardcase, but that'll have to wait till I figure out what exactly I need from my board.

It's just two slabs of wood glued together, got some feet on the bottom. It fits in a cheap case for cameras and shit with foam lining, it had some separators but I got rid of those.

Works ok for me but I'd like something bigger and with holes for putting the wiring underneath and a mounted power supply.

I've built 3 homemade boards in as many months.. still finding my ideal build. the hard cases i'm working with don't allow easy enough to design the power supply unerneath.
