With my lace sensor blue pickup I get that sort of feedback with every non-gated fuzz/distortion I use.

Also, every compressed fuzz with cracked up volume and gain will do that thing.

I normally use Fuzz + Delay + Reverb and hammer on and glissando on the fretboard (without picking) for ebow like leads (with more feedback).
Musket was perfect for this purpose. Also every muff or rat could do the job.

I was just doing a similar sound tonight with an RV3 into my Blunderbuss

I can do it with comp into muff as well

or just my dean hollowbody and any amp at a reasonable volume
