Thanks! I try and keep it simple and able to blend in to a dark stage floor. Don't need no distractions while playing.

Left of the polytune is a custom made Dunwich Booster / Buffer with a toggle for full frequency boost (guitar) or just a 250hz boost (bass), the single button on the space / timeline board is the FX loop footswitch for my dunwich amp. The pedal below the polytune with just the two footswitches is a footswitch for my verellen head that activates preamp and power amp boosts.

So the flow goes like this:

Guitar > Polytune > Booster > Supermoon > Big spider > Skyhammer > Amp input

FX loop send > VPjr > Timeline w/ DMC3 > Space w/ E3D > FX loop return

Dunwich post FX loop slave out > Verellen Input

Here's a link to the rig: http://ilovefuzz.com/viewtopic.php?f=149&t=2452&hilit=dunwich&start=4380#p667465 I don't use the peavey with it usually now, I just run the 4x12 and 2x15 with the verellen.

Why do you the Annunakis slave out into the Verellen input? Is it to eliminate the need for an amp switcher?

The verellen doesn't have a typical preamp, its just a single tone control which is basically an adjustable LPF. So I slave it for a few different reasons, first and fore most is that neither the space nor the timeline are true stereo (aka dual mono) except in a limited number of modes and I tend to use modes that are not, it also saves on having to use another 2 cable FX loop snake going from the verellen to the pedalboard and back as well as another cable from the a/b/y that would be necessary after the skyhammer pre to run them in stereo. It's easier to just use the Dunwich for my tone shaping and slave it off to the verellen so I can add more power and cabs, but thanks to the built in boosts and different power amps the two amps have different characters so it sounds like a stereo setup but much easier to setup and maintain.

I had a similar experience when running a stereo pedalboard, there were only a few effects that it really sounded great on and there were too many variables that just went wrong all over the place

nice setup AA I don't know that clips would do any of that justice I imagine it would sound great sitting about 20 feet back

Exactly, if your going to run a true stereo setup you have to have 2 full separate boards / loops and do alot of tap dancing. I find it easier just to run an old school master / slave setup.

I plan on recording some mic'd up clips this weekend, my shitty lil digi camcorder and iphone don't do it any justice.

started playing with the giant board today
waiting for some odds and ends
was hoping to cut a few inches off and lower the top tier
also making a removable section with some core pedals
found that the briefcase board fits perfectly in there so I will just make a small board on there that can then go in the briefcase
gonna play with spacing and cabling as time allows over the next few weeks and then remove everything cut it down add some electrical nonsense and get it rolling

last time I had it all loaded up I needed help to carry it,
partly because I wasn't smart enough to add handles
I am guessing it weighs in at over 70 pounds because it felt heavier than my heaviest combo amp by quite a bit
