ss/bs & earthquaker

Post by echodeluxe »

I went into starving musician the other day and played a bunch of the ss/bs and earthquaker stuff they had and I was just laughing like an idiot the whole time.

Fuck both of you guys, your pedals are so good. I'm laughing typing this cuz I just can't even Internet right now.

I'm glad there are righteous dudes making balls out legit pedals. You fucks.

Oh and I had an email convo with Jamie of earthquaker and he's such a sweetie pie.

The Starving Musician in Berkeley is awesome. I saw a DBA Robot there and realized that there were pedals other than the ones GC and MF stocked. And down the rabbit hole I went...

I hate starving musician. They were selling a rare DBA pedal on ebay maybe a year or two ago. I messaged them asking if they would sell it outright to me, name the price. They said "no, auction only", so I figured it was cool and I would bid on it. The next day they ended the auction early to sell it to someone else. Fuck those douchebags, I'll never buy shit from them again.

okay, bitch rant over. I actually just came into this thread to praise ss/bs. I do sort of miss the days when they were more of a secret, but yeah, I've tried most of their pedals and damn if every one of them isn't totally awesome.
