They were on sale at my local sneaker shop last year, but I was on paternity leave and had a seriously limited income (and had to prioritise the pedge)... self discipline is good.

I had a pair but they got trashed pretty bad, low tops always do with me because they take less effort to put on, so I slide em on for everything.

yeah, they're totally comfy! Probably the most comfy shoes straight out of the box i've ever had 
the photo is weird, makes them look all massive-like, but you guys know them better then i do anyway
btw my Converse are pretty worn by now... I got them like 10 months ago and they're not even the cheap linen ones... i've really had it with them, never buying Converse again (you might have missed my rant about their custom shop tho)
