Sweet! Thanks Behnders, that sounds awesome. I love mine as well (back with Taylor for a bit, but I can't wait to have it back).
I find your level settings very curious. In my experience all the usable range was from off to about 9 o'clock. After that was just insanity volume on any of the voices, but especially the synth voices. Synth voices above noon were completely unusable if stuff downstream was set for bypassed volume. Yours... doesn't seem as loud? Or you're just not clipping your interface or whatever because the gain is turned down?
Anyway, thanks for the clip

Your demo made me realize that I need some filter goodness on my board. I don't wanna hijack your thread, but do you have any recommendations? I'm sure some sound better than others, but I don't really know anything about them...I owned a subdecay prometheus for a bit and that's about it

Xerograph is pretty beast. that and the Brain Freeze are my favoritest filters. Xero's way easier to power though, and it has an auto filter as well as a sweepable setting. i like the Source stuff, it's good for wub wubs and decent for more normal filter shtuff. they're not the prettiest though.

I tried a few different basses with it, mostly in passive mode. It's not the volume going IN to the Subterranea but the volume coming OUT. Seems irrelevant of what you feed it (which makes sense, as it's synthesizing the voices). Maybe it's just the opposite and my basses were too weak?
It's not a big deal (that's what knobs are for after all) just not as simple to vary the mix when only 1/3 of the knob's throw is usable.

lol. yah. i actually wouldn't mind an overall volume on pedz like this. sometimes it gets tricky blending 3 or 4 voices so you stay at unity. a main volume would help that like butts.

That would be really useful, I agree. Turn all the voices where you want, then set the volume to unity without affecting the ratio. SMART.
