Volume drop? what volume drop? I have never had this problem in all the years I've used the things with any of the things. that said I like the Radial orange colored thingy.

I've never noticed a volume drop either...Which 'foogers are you using? I usually run the drive knob around 3 o'clock if that's any help.

If you do end up needing one, I'm a fan of the MXR CAE Boost/Line Driver.

Maybe it's the order but I've never noticed a drop, that being said I would recommend a Skychord Truck Loud...
Or a Blowing Up???

All of them.
If you're running a big board it's possible that running a lot of these at once might make your signal drop (assuming none of your moogs have buffers). In which case you might just need to run a buffer somewhere to bring up your signal.
