I so dig that you do neck-thru. It's not nearly common enough to see. Some of the most revered guitars are neck-thru, yet most builders only offer it on basses.

Yeah I dunno! I could pontificate as to why that is but I honestly have no idea! I suppose I'm glad they don't though!

Here are some necks for another of the upcoming new models. A swanky 3 piece neck. Truth be told, I wasn't going to do a 3-piece. BUT the maple I had was a little too thin and it just so happened that I had a Padauk that was twisted and upon getting it flattened it was just the right thickness.
So BOOM, 3-piece necks that look fancy and use up surplus, otherwise useless wood.

The name of the new model..... The "Riddle".
Think about that one, friends ;-)

Is that the beginnings of a lap slide guitar?

Nope those are neck blanks for a new guitar model that is based on a kooky 70s japanese version of a kooky 60s american guitar!
Seeing as how I have been getting several requests for a lap steel model I think I will start designing one and maybe work on some prototypes over the winter!

I have more photos to post when I have the time! The guitars are in the spray booth and are looking great!
As for the lap steel I am thinking of ways to do multiple pickups so we'll see what I come up with!
