had a VS Jekyll&Hyde and it was marshally, but maybe too "smooth" and pretty if you know what i mean

not really grungy, but cool nevertheless

also i had a heavily modded You Dirty and it was cool and sounded pretty much as OP wants i guess - but if you don't get an already modded one, it's a bit of hassle...

I don't the like Marshall sound very much, I bought a DLS III and I immediatly sold it, idem for the Shredmaster.
It's the same thing for the RAT, when I was a young boy, I owned a RAT2, I hate his filter\tone knob.
Fuck and mini fuck are really cool, I joined in the waiting list of my favourite euro pedal store, I think they will arrive at september or october.
The problem is now!
Actually I'm really Gassed with the Talons, not hi gain, or the Blakemore Bi-Polar Octadrive (the octave up is a dope), maybe the Skreddy Screwdiver Deluxe Mini (I'm on waiting list too :facepalm: ).

Maybe I should buy an elements from a friend...
There is something like a RAT, but with a better EQ or tone control? :D Maybe an active EQ section is a cool option. I think a mid\hi gain overdrive is more usefull than a pure distortion.
Shit, why it's so difficult for me to choice a dirt pedal?

Hmm, I was gonna also suggest maybe a T.Rex Mudhoney, but would that not be dirty enough?
