This is the exact mindset you should have going into this thing. You've been waiting FOREVER to get this amp going, I'm sure you know pretty much what you're after by now. Dunwich gets mentioned and pics of wizards and pot leaves get posted haha, I get that but it's cool to see you goin with a versatile low watter, the circuit description sounds killer!
I think Carr makes some sexy little combos, a good source of inspiration for the look of your amp. I especially like your wave-like grill cloth design, should turn out super cool. The Carr guys are a nice bunch, I bet if you emailed they could tell you where to source the tolex or cloth. That brown Carr grill is really unique, haven't seen anything exactly like it elsewhere. It looks even better in person too.
As for tolex, black pebbled or dark wine red would be cool. Piping looks nice imo, I'd go for it. A stained finish would look slick too but may take a beating if its gonna be in constant transit.
