Pretty good pedal month

Post by jrmy »

Huh. I didn't even really think about it until this morning, but this has been a pretty good month...

Left to right, I got an Aria AD-10 Analog Delay, Ronripper's NYC Muff/Tonebender hybrid, and a sparkling new IdiotBox Blasteroid!

I haven't gotten to play with the delay yet, but the chap I got it from said the oscillations and crazy noises are where it shines (not surprising from what I know of Aria pedals). I haven't had much time with the Muffbender yet either, but I did let my guitar player mess with it - he A/Bed it against his Mojo Hand Colossus, and it did a really nice job of copping a number of the same tones. Really looking forward to messing with it on bass. And I've played the Blasteroid a number of times before, and always meant to get one. The IdiotBox tourbox, combined with a blowout Blasteroid sale, put me over the edge. Man, that thing slays. I'm about to post some clips in the IdiotBox thread.

Anyhow, yay! :yay:

Thanks man! Now I just have to find the time to give them a proper test run together.

Nice! And I hear ya; my own July haul (so far) has been most satisfying as well:

And *Incoming*
Malekko 616D
Dr. Scientist Cosmichorus v3 :yay:

And if you count the past 30 days, add a Pigtronix Infinity Looper.
