Sizing 1590B
So... I want to make a custom pedal with a Timmy overdrive and a JHS Mini Bomb boost in it. I want to use a 1590B and simply turn it sideways (Think Zvex Box of Rock) where the switches are in the corners and then I just have 5 knobs and a switch up top. My question is, do you think it would all fit. The Mini bomb circuit is pretty tiny and all. What do you guys think? Am I asking for trouble with a project like this?

Re: Sizing 1590B
It'd fit. You'd have to plan carefully beforehand though.
Personally I wouldn't bother, 1590Bs in landscape orientation are pain in the arse - Lots of wasted internal space, and difficult to mount on a board. I'd stick the circuits in a 1590BB with top mount jacks.

I agree with jordan except OP wants two footswitches. just do it like a box of rock. maybe do the circuit out of SMD parts and etch your own board.

What do you mean by SMD parts?
ALSO:
I'll be using this layout: http://tinyurl.com/k4sdfyv and this one: http://tinyurl.com/mlh43ve
If possible I would like some custom options:
I want to omit the Timmy's DPDT cut switch since I don't really use it right now on the timmy I have. That way I can have it always in the bypass signal. And instead I want to put a mini toggle switch that will switch the order of the two pedals. (Basically I want both the JHS minibomb and the Timmy in one pedal, but I want the option to have a switch that will put one before the other). How would this be done?
Thanks!!!

I would like to use this method if possible but with the order toggle I mentioned above http://tagboardeffects.blogspot.com/201 ... iring.html
