I've been thinking about starting my first pedal DIY. I have a well used Crybaby that I won't be using anymore. So I've been thinking about using the Crybaby shell to house a phaser. I'd probably base it around a Small Stone.
Any thoughts from ILF? Should I attempt to build my own or just rehouse a phaser? If I were to build my own, does anyone have any good schematics? Or are there any other pedals I should comsider housing in a Wah enclosure?
EDIT: I've also been thinking of turning it into a volume pedal since I don't have one of those either but that seems too boring.

Madbean pedals is releasing a Univibe board specifically to fit wah enclosures.
Are you thinking of just controlling the rate with the wah or the sweep?
Don't forget you'll need some kind of geared pot.

I was thinking the rate but I hadn't considered the sweep. I would be pretty interested in that Univibe board though. I'll look into that, thanks.
Also parts shouldn't be a problem; I'm an engineering student with lots of access to electronics labs.

The EHX Bad Stone Phaser had a manual sweep control and in fact there was a version housed in a wah enclosure.
Bean is also releasing a board for this that would be great in a wah IMO, my favourite 6 stage phaser.
