Re: EQD births Polyphonic Pitch Arpeggiator
I remember when a DJ friend bought a microkorg when they first came out. He would arpeggiate everything and look at me like "yeah? Yeah? Im so good at keyboard." When I told him it takes zero talent to do that, he went into such a pissy fit....lol...Djs...hah.

I'd like to see what other people get up to with it though, I'm thinking using it for a looped part or as just one texture in a recording is probably the thing I would do, rather than use it by itself all the time.
finding a use for it is the fun part. I have no idea what I'd use this for but will probably try one out anyway.
I reckon it would be killer running into a bitcrusher for 8-bit toanz. I hope the rate control goes REALLY fast, so that you can barely make out the individual notes, if not that might be a deal breaker for me.

That's what I mean - you don't have to be yngwie to play an arpeggio, and arpeggios don't have to be fast. It's an honest question, I don't see the use in limiting arpeggios to max 2 octaves, and a certain key signature. I'm sure the pedal is rad and all but I don't get it.
Music out on all streaming services and bandcamp and what not.

Going super ridiculously fast would definitely sound interesting

If it indeed only has certain key signature (scale) modes and it only has a two octave range than it's not that great in my honest opinion, why not get a Pitch Grinder or a Whammy 5 with a Molten Voltage MIDI 5 connected to it instead?

I could see myself using it for short bursts of super fast arpeggios (a momentary switch would be nice
) or for looping. I can't wait to pair this with my incoming subterranea

Sure thing, what I meant was I don't understand it for myself honestly.
Also no tap tempo is quite a miss in my opinion, I think it's probably not going to be easy to use this thing in a band context.
I don't mean to crash it even before it gets released or anything and I guess there'll be people who will make good use of it, it's just some personal considerations I thought I'd throw in the jar.

this looks awesome,
The coolest arpeggator I ever had (pre-pitch factor) was on the boss ME-33

cool demo, thanks for sharing!
I can't say I'm sold on the Arpanoid yet, would still like to see a guitar demo. The Depths sounded incredible though.

Do the pedals come with the Human Expression pedal to change the knob settings while I perform live? How much does he cost and do I have to feed him?
